SPORT AND HEALTH ARE CLOSELY RELATED. EVERYBODY KNOWS THAT HEALTH BODY MEANS SOUND MIND. NOWADAYS, THERE ARE SEVERAL WAYS TO KEEP FIT. FIRST IS TO DO REGULAR MORNING EXERCISE. SECOND IS TO EVERCISE DURIMG THE DAY THROUGH CUCLING, ROLLER-STAKING, WALKING IN THE PARK, JOGGING, SWIMMIMG ETC. AND THE THIRD WAY IS FITNES CENTER.
THE MOST POPULAR SPORTS IN OUR COUNTRY ARE GYMNASTICS, FOOTBALL, SKIING, HOCKEY, ATHELETICS, SWIMMING, TENNIS, BASKETBALL, VOLLEYBALL AND SOME OTHERS.
EVERYONE CAN CHOOSETHE TYPE OF SPORT THEY WANT TO DO. SOME PEOPLE EVEN BECOME PROFESSIONALS, SOME SIMPLY DO IT AS AN AMATEUR IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.
Good health is very important for every person. «Health is the man’s greatest wealth» If you are healthy you can work, travel, study, do whatever you want. A healthy lifestyle basically includes following healthy eating habits, taking enough sleeping and exercising regularly. To be healthy, you have to eat a lot fruits, vegetables, fish and meals. Don’t skip breakfast, because it is the most important meal of the day. Eat regularly and drink plenty of water. Avoid junk food and you shouldn’t smoke and drink alcohol. You have to give up eating a lot of sweets. And take vitamins , regularly visit the doctor. And always be positive.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
